DripDrop Hydration, Inc. Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions

DripDrop may, from time to time, offer our customers and users of our website the opportunity to receive rewards toward future purchases from DripDrop.com by referring other real people (“Program”). The Program is enabled through technology provided by Friendbuy, Inc., 7083 Hollywood Blvd. 1st Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90028 (“Platform Provider”). If you choose to participate in the Program, you are subject to DripDrop’s website Terms & Conditions and DripDrop’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website) as well as the following additional Referral Program Terms & Conditions:

Definitions:

  • Referrer. A “referrer” is a real person who refers other real people to www.dripdrop.com. To participate as a Referrer, visit www.dripdrop.com/refer and follow the instructions to refer others to the website. There is no limit to the amount of people you can refer. For every “Qualified Referral” (defined below), a Referrer may be eligible to received “Referral Reward(s)” also defined below.
  • Referred Customer. A Referred Customer is defined as a real person who visits our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend Program link embedded into the email, Facebook or Facebook messenger invitation, SMS sent by you. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). A Referred Customer will receive 20% off a single online purchase at www.dripdrop.com. Promotion is only valid on 32-count pouches.
  • Qualified Referral. A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a qualifying purchase made on dripdrop.com by a person who meets the following criteria: (1) they are referred by a Referrer, (2) they are a first-time purchaser on dripdrop.com; and (3) they arrive to our website by clicking the Program referral link sent by DripDrop at the Referrer’s request, to the email provided by Referrer (such person, a “Referred Customer“). Referrers are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
  • Referral Reward. Referral Rewards are earned as the result of Qualified Referrals only. The Referrer shall receive one (1) Referral Reward valued toward future purchases at dripdrop.com for each valid and verified Qualified Referral generated by that Referrer. Referral Rewards are not valid at any other retail outlets. Referral Rewards may not be used to adjust previous purchases and is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Referral Rewards are valid for one-time use. Referral Rewards are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and are subject to change without notice. Referral Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Referral Rewards must be used prior to any specified expiration date.

The Referral Reward is determined by DripDrop and is subject to change at DripDrop’s sole discretion.

  • Reward Limitations. Discount Rewards and Referral Rewards (together, “Rewards”) (i) have no cash value, (ii) may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions; (iii) may not be sold, transferred bartered, assigned or pledged to any third party; and/or (iii) may not be applied toward previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards. You have no property rights or other legal interests in any Rewards. You are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to Rewards. Rewards expire 30 days after issuance unless stated otherwise. The Rewards promotional code(s) will be sent at DripDrop’s discretion, including up to 72 hours after a purchase by the Referred Customer has been completed for Referral Rewards.
  • Reward Payments. Referral Rewards are discounts equaling 20% off, redeemable at dripdrop.com with each qualifying purchase. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

Eligibility:

  • Eligibility is limited to real, individual persons only. To be a Referrer, you must be at least 18 years old, and be legally permitted to provide the personal information (e.g., name and email address) of each Referred Customer. DripDrop’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation or for any other purpose. Employees of DripDrop or their subsidiaries, affiliates, or promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members, are not eligible to participate in the Program. Referrers will receive one (1) Referral Reward for each Qualified Referral.
  • No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from DripDrop’s Refer-a-Friend program.
  • Right to Close Accounts. DripDrop reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer or Referred Customer if the Referrer or Referred Customer attempts to use the DripDrop Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
  • Right to Cancel or Change Program or Change Terms. DripDrop reserves the right to modify, limit, terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. If we change these Terms & Conditions, we will post the updated version on www.dripdrop.com. Any unclaimed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at that time.
  • Privacy. The personal information of each Referrer and Referred Customer will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with Company’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.dripdrop.com/priva... and Platform Provider’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.friendbuy.com/priva.... In addition, personal information may be used by Company or Platform Provider, on Company's behalf, to contact any Referrer or Referred Customer regarding participation in the Program and to receive communications via the Program.
